Good park to walk around
I like it because it is close and quite but it could really use an update kids playground.
Nice place to spend an hour or two in the evenings. Some basic swings and see-saw for kids. The highlight is the walk on the short trail between the Canal and Rockaway River. Can also do fishing in the river on certain days.
Spacious but awkward park.
