We just bought a new bedroom set before Christmas. My shopping experience was great. My salesperson was Cindy Ciccone and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional...not pushy or creepy (you know the type). I only hope that I'm as pleased with the furniture when it's delivered in January. I'm only giving 4 stars because I haven't received the furniture yet. I'll amend it if everything else goes well.
We recently purchased a recliner, dining room set, book case, men's dresser and a Bob-o-Pedic king size mattress with head/foot board. Our sales associate, Ed in the Wharton location, was incredibly helpful. and very knowledgeable. We are thrilled with everything we bought and the customer care we received from start to finish. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture at great prices and exceptional service. Thank you!
The store itself was spacious and comfortable to walk around in. My wife and I appreciated the comforts available in helping ourselves to coffee, cookies, ice cream and candy. It was delightful! The bathrooms were conveniently located in the center of the store in the back and were clean.
The store itself is great associates are very helpful-always calling if an earlier delivery time is available and saved us on shipping when we made 2 separate purchases (one online and one in store) by combining the orders....
Of course the prices are very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised when everything was totaled up and it didn’t break the bank.
We were amazed at how Bob’s keeps up to date with trends as we saw several pieces of furniture that utilized the “sliding barn door” concept.
In regards to deliveries. The 1st and 2nd time we had items delivered they were fantastic! Neat and clean; had all garbage outside cleaned up as well as in the house. Delivery 3 was a nightmare with the company they sub contracted to deliver (currently in the process of having them pay for the damages they did to our newly refinished hardwood floors) delivery 4 (today) they were great with the actual delivery but left a bunch of wrapping, foam and plastic outside in the street.
Overall shopping at Bob’s was a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended if you’re in need of getting good furniture without paying a fortune for it.
For the most part we were happy in the selection available to us in whatever type of furniture we were interested in. We were looking for recliners and there were many different types to chose from and with different power features available.
Our sales associate Cindy Ciccone was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was there when we needed her yet she gave us enough space when we wanted to be alone. She was also very patient as we contemplated different types of furniture we considered getting. The managers were also friendly and helpful and walked throughout the store saying hello and asking if we needed help. We never felt abandoned in the store yet felt we could do our own thing without being bothered. It was just the right balance. We were always asked if we wanted a coffee which was another nice gesture.
My husband and I were greeted at the door by John M. He was welcoming and gave us a quick run down on how to shop the store. After a little while of walking around, we finally decided on a sectional. John never pushed or interrupted while we shopped but was available as soon as we were ready to confirm the purchase. We will definitely be back to this store, and will be looking for John M.
