I guess the actual work could have been faster but I was told they were short staffed and it was fine for me since I came to pick it up during my lunch break anyway. That being said, it would be nice if they had enough support to finish jobs faster.
Tire Center employee told me he didn't care whether I got my tires from Costco or somewhere else when I was comparing their price with another quote I'd received that day. When I spoke to a manager about it, he didn't apologize on behalf of the employee; instead, he told me he was surprised by my remark since that employee is such a nice guy. He might be nice to the managers, but making that comment to a customer was ridiculous. If they're not going to care where I spend my $, I should spend it elsewhere.
I thought the employees at this location were all great. I showed up at opening on a Monday and thus had a short wait time (although there was a sign that said appointments available) and the gentleman who I spoke with was easy to work with and professional. Picked up my car two hours later and everything seemed to be just how I requested it. I asked to keep the two better condition tires to which they complied and even put them in bags for me to not mess up my car's backseat and trunk.

very long wait even for warranty issue. the warranty can shine gold but when it comes to cash out they make you spend the whole day there even with appointment
Turned away at 7:58PM on 09/25/2017 when closing hours are 8:30PM. It would've been helpful to know when the shop stops taking vehicles when I stopped in earlier around 6:30PM to ask questions.
